ACEAKL Estate Agency Sdn Bhd was incorporated early 2014. Based in Alam Damai, Kuala Lumpur, this company offers a complete portfolio of real estate services including sale and acquisition, project sites and marketing and retail of all types of property.

In June 2019, Encik Mohd Jamil Bin Ali formed ACEAKL Estate Agency (SOUTH) Sdn Bhd which is based in Batu Pahat, Johor as the company’s first branch. ACEAKL Estate Agency (South) Sdn Bhd hold a registration number E(1)1697/1 whilst ACEAKL Estate Agency Sdn Bhd as the Headquarters, hold a registration number E(1)1697 under the BOVAEP.

Beside ACEAKL Estate Agency Sdn Bhd, another related independent company in ACEAKL Group are ACEAKL Valuers & Property Consultants Sdn Bhd, a Valuation and Property Consultants firm and ACEAKL Property Management Sdn Bhd a property manager and consultants’ firm, which all are registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers, Malaysia (BOVAEP).

In 2019, Prof Madya Sr. Norjariah binti Arif formed ACEAKL Valuers & Property Consultants (South) Sdn Bhd which is based in Batu Pahat, Johor as the company’s first branch for valuation. ACEAKL Valuers & Property Consultants (South) Sdn Bhd hold a registration number 201901035675 (1345005-P) whilst ACEAKL Valuers & Property Consultants Sdn Bhd as the Headquarters, hold a registration number 201401029751 (1105837-D) under the BOVAEP.

Presently, the directors of the companies are Sr. Mohd Noor Azeni Nordin, Puan Noorazimah Mohd Yusoff and Prof. Madya Sr. Norjariah binti Arif. These directors and Key personnel’s have a vast experience in property matters having been in real estate industry for a period spanning over 20 years.
