About Syafiq Hakim
Graduated as Bachelor in Quantity Surveying, he was in the construction industry for around 5 years. Through out the years he have done various task related to Quantity Surveyor or Contract Administration.
In addition he also working as Real Estate Negotiator (REN). Working as negotiator enable him to enhance new knowledge others from QS or construction industry. Starting from October 2017 at Azmi & Co Estate Agency, he had learn and study Malaysia Real Estate and Property Industry. Malaysia Real Estate Industry still in rapid growing as well as changes in policy makes this industry challenge but fun to explore. Currently he was under service with ACEAKL Estate Agency Sdn Bhd with registration number REN32785 since 2019.
His service cover in various type of property such as Landed House, Condominium, Apartment, Villa, Bungalow, Flat, Land, shop-lot, commercials building, and factory with various scope of transaction for Selling, leasing or investment.
With combination of both studying and working experience from two difference industry, it made him very well verse in property sector from the construction until to the property management.
